Many of our needs for in-kind items at this moment are related to our ongoing work serving Chicagoans experiencing homelessness or poverty during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Your donation of the following items will help us continue to provide meals to the individuals and families served by The Night Ministry.
We are accepting prepared meals to serve 60 to 200 people at our Health Outreach Bus, depending on the stop. Meals may be dropped off at our administrative office or at the stop, but should be scheduled in advance.
We are also accepting breakfast or dinner at The Crib on the weekend to feed 25 people. Meals may be dropped off at The Crib or sent by delivery, but should be scheduled in advance.

Sack suppers, served at our Health Outreach Bus and through our Street Medicine Program, should include sandwich (meat and cheese only, no condiments), fruit cup, snack, and bottled water.

To support health and safety measures during the pandemic, we are using disposable plates and utensils at The Crib overnight shelter. Hygiene products are distributed throughout our programs. We accept the following items in travel or sample size. You may collect all of them and assemble into kits packed into gallon-size resealable bags or donate loose items.
