Volunteers play a vital role in the mission of The Night Ministry. By volunteering, you can make a difference in the lives of the young people and adults who turn to us when they have nowhere else to go.

Individual Direct Service Opportunities

Provide hospitality and build caring relationships with guests of our Health Outreach Bus.

Share your time with teens and young adults at our Open Door Shelter — West Town.

Connect with young people at The Crib, our LGBTQ-friendly overnight shelter.

Group Direct Service Opportunities

Prepare and serve meals for individuals and families we assist through our Health Outreach Program.

Bring and serve breakfast or dinner to young adults at The Crib, our overnight emergency shelter.

Provide meals and hospitality for the young people who visit our Youth Outreach Van.

The Night Ministry has other support opportunities and service projects that sustain our programs by providing assistance in a variety of ways.

Other Ways to Support

  • Sort donations and pack safe-sex or hygiene kits on Service Saturdays.
  • Lend your support and skills with mailings, research, and other projects at our administrative office.
