Nourish your body and spirit! Join Joriki Yoga and Chicago Yoga Instructor, Kate Ryan, for a 60-minute Vinyasa flow that will begin with a seated meditation centered on the concept of fear. Kate will instruct using the physical asanas and breath as tools to navigate the scary things we face on and off the yoga mat. Participants will have the option to utilize blindfolds for a portion of the practice, truly embracing the theme of the class, and working through one of our most basic and instinctual fears: darkness. And last but not least, students will be guided into a few "scary" inversions with ease and confidence.
