| The care, concern, and commitment of Merisant to Chicago’s marginalized
population exists from employees to senior management to the Equal Sweetener
Foundation. It is this dedication that prompts The Night Ministry to
recognize Merisant, as a corporate leader serving Chicago’s disadvantaged
communities.
Merisant is proud and supportive of their involvement with The Night Ministry
and the communities they serve. One of their major contributions is the support
of our Health Outreach Bus. Merisant’s employees have also adopted The
Night Ministry’s Open Door Youth Shelter residents as their holiday initiative
for the past two years. Merisant employees gave each Open Door resident flannel
shirts, gift certificates, Equal Sweetener bags and tee-shirts.
Additionally, Carl Warschausky, Merisant’s Chief Financial Officer,
serves as Treasurer of our Board.
