From the beginning, Chester Gougis and Shelley Ochab have taken The Night Ministry and those it serves into their hearts. They are involved with The Night Ministry because they value the direct impact this organization has on the lives of the people it serves.

A member of The Night Ministry’s Board of Directors since 1998, and a supporter even before then, Chet has brought his knowledge and expertise to benefit The Night Ministry.

Shelley has dedicated herself to a variety of activities to benefit The Night Ministry.

Chet and Shelley are both aware of just how important sharing their enthusiasm is to raising visibility about The Night Ministry and its work in the larger Chicago community. They have been terrific advocates, eager to share their thoughts and feelings about the importance of serving people in our community whom we should not forget. Their leadership has inspired others to support The Night Ministry in so many ways. 

Together Chet and Shelley have contributed to helping The Night Ministry grow, expand, and build positive relationships. Their thoughtfulness, their big-heartedness, and their incredible dedication are invaluable.
