Guy Haupin, Vice President of Finance and Administration, manages the Organization’s accounting systems. Ensures that the general ledger is a true and accurate representation of the Organization’s finances. Displays excellent interpersonal and communications skills in order to work closely and cooperatively with managers, funders, vendors, co-workers, and to supervise staff. He supervises four direct reports.
Our Facilities and Administrative Services Manager oversees all aspects of facility management,
including the physical plants, technology, vehicles, and janitorial. Working
closely with the President, he ensures that all required licenses
and insurance for the facilities, vehicles and drivers are current and accurate.
Our Accounting Assistants handle a variety of financial duties from accounts payable, payroll, receipt of The Night Ministry revenues and all functions related to those duties. They also participate in a variety of special projects, such as vendor research and time reporting systems.
Our Accounting/Payroll Assistant oversees all payroll processing and reporting functions and provides administrative support to Human Resources Administrator.
Our PHR, Human Resources Administrator is responsible for addressing
the concerns and needs of The Night Ministry's employees, while helping to
make sure that those resources are used in the best way possible to help The
Night Ministry meets its goals and realize its vision. This position also oversees employee
recruitment, training, orientation, evaluation, and employee benefits.
Our Administrative Receptionist is in charge of answering
and directing phone calls, keeping office supplies in stock, filing, collating,
sorting the mail, condom packing, assisting with Board mailings, and a whole
host of other activities to keep the office running smoothly.
Our Maintenance Custodian ensures building systems such as plumbing, electrical, boiler are kept in top condition at our administrative offices. This position is responsible for keeping the facilities clean and safe, and for transporting mail between facilities daily.
