Guy Haupin, Controller, The Controller is primarily responsible for all operational
aspects of The Night Ministry's accounting systems. He supervises and directs
all general accounting functions; prepares financial statements and reports;
and ensures that accounting practices and results comply with all applicable
government and regulatory requirements, as well as the overall objectives of
The Night Ministry. He also works closely with the Board of Directors and is
responsible for developing the organizations annual budget. He supervises two
accounting assistants.
Albert Lawson, Administrative Coordinator, oversees all aspects of facility management,
including the physical plants, technology, vehicles, and janitorial. Working
closely with the President, he ensures that all required licenses
and insurance for the facilities, vehicles and drivers are current and accurate.
Leon Kubacki, Accounting Assistant, handles all accounts payable
and the payroll. He monitors daily bank
balance totals to ensure cash flow. He also does a variety of special projects,
such as vendor research and time reporting systems.
Marionne Cabrera, Accounting Assistant, maintains and coordinates systems related
to the receipt of The Night Ministry's revenues. She prepares all bank deposits, all city and state grant reimbursements, and monthly closing journal entries. She also develops and maintains
allocation schedules for all program grants.
Jamel Magee , Human Resources Administrator, is responsible for addressing
the concerns and needs of The Night Ministry's employees, while helping to
make sure that those resources are used in the best way possible to help The
Night Ministry meets its goals and realize its vision. She oversees employee
recruitment, training, orientation, evaluation, and employee benefits.
Diane Williams, Administrative Receptionist , is in charge of answering
and directing phone calls, keeping office supplies in stock, filing, collating,
sorting the mail, condom packing, assisting with Board mailings, and a whole
host of other activities to keep the office running smoothly.
Fitzroy King, Maintenance Custodian, ensures building systems such as plumbing, electrical, boiler are kept in top condition at our administrative offices. S/he is responsible for keeping the facilities clean and safe, and for transporting mail between facilities daily. This position is currently open.
