Pregnant & Parenting Team

The Response-Ability Pregnant & Parenting Staff provides services in two locations: Open Door Youth Shelter - Lakeview and out in the community. The staff below are affiliated with our community-based services.

Walonza Hall-Lee, Response-Ability Pregnant and Parenting Program (RAPPP) Manager, is responsible for the daily operations of the program, policy, and staff supervision. She supervises all aspects of the program, and works closely with the Administrative Coordinator to ensure that the facility is operating at peak efficiency and meets code.

Felitha Jones-Patterson, Case Manager Supervisor, coordinates case management plans for Response-Ability Pregnant & Parenting Program clients. She also works with participants, meeting with youth in the community to assess the services and resources that can assist them in securing and maintaining safe, stable housing. She provides active case management services, supporting her young clients and helping them connect with needed health care, employment training, housing resources, mental health resources, and life skills resources.

Hillary Wessels, Bilingual -English/Spanish Community-Based Case Manager, work with Response-Ability Pregnant & Parenting Program participants, meeting with youth in the community to assess the services and resources that can assist them in securing and maintaining safe, stable housing. Together, Case Managers and youth develop an individualized case plan to address the issues each youth is living with. They provide active case management services, and supporting their teenage pregnant and parenting client by helping them connect with needed health care, employment training, housing resources, mental health resources, and life skills resources.
