Allison McCann-Stevenson, Program Manager, is responsible for setting up, directing, and supervising all Transitional Living Program staff and the daily operations of our 8-bed Transitional Housing Program for four young women, four young men, and their infants and children.
Sherrod Brown, Case Manager, provides counseling and guidance to residents and assisting residents in working to achieve self-sufficiency. He links residents to needed services and resources that will help them achieve the goals they have for themselves, regarding employment, life skills, and education. He assists clients in making contacts and sometimes accompanying youth to outside appointments.
Marlena Fleming, Matthew Black, Jerome Boyce, Wendy Byrd, Miriam Griffith, Josephine Simmons, and Gail Stec, Independent Living Coaches, are responsible for the day-to-day care of residents and their children, and for maintaining a safe, secure environment. They work closely with residents and help them with basic life skills development, while presenting a positive role model through attitude, behavior and appearance.
