Melissa Maguire, Director, Youth Shelter Network, supervises all operations of
the Response-Ability Pregnant & Parenting Program (RAPPP) housed at Open Door Youth Shelter - Lakeview, including staff, case management, resident programming, and
the facility. She works closely with members of other departments on grant writing,
budgeting, licensing issues, and human resources, and represents the Response-Ability Pregnant & Parenting Program to the members of the community, funders, other agencies, and government representatives.
She leads the Response-Ability Pregnant & Parenting Program's Management Team. Additionally, Melissa provides leadership and support
for the Youth Shelter Network member agencies.
Carole Mills, Director, Open Door Youth Shelter- West Town, supervises all operations of
Open Door Shelter - West Town, including staff, case management, resident programming, and
the facility. Works closely with members of other departments on grant writing,
budgeting, licensing issues, and human resources. She represents the 120-day Interim Housing Program and the Transitional Living Program to the members of the community, funders, other agencies, and government representatives.
She leads Open Door Youth Shelter - West Town's Management Team.
Lona Reiling, Assistant Director, Open Door Youth Shelter - West Town, oversees the day-to-day
operations of the shelter and provides clinical guidance to Open Door Youth Shelter - West Town
staff. She is a member of Open Door Youth Shelter - West Town's Management Team.
