The four person Operations Team manages The Night Ministry, along with the Board of Directors.

Paul W. Hamann, President, oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, including all programs, administration and financial operations. As President, Paul provides leadership and vision for The Night Ministry, working closely with the Board of Directors.

Laurene von Klan, Vice President of Development and External Relations, is responsible for the planning, oversight and direction of fund development, public relations and marketing to support the organization’s program and mission. She supports the Board of Directors and President and serves on the Finance Committee, and the Major Gifts Committee, and is a member of the Operations Team.

Barbara Bolsen, Vice President of Programs, is responsible for daily programs operations. She works to develop a more integrative approach to our programming, so that we can clearly define how our different programs interact and how they can continue to complement one another. Barb oversees Youth Services, Outreach & Health Ministry, and our Volunteer Coordinators. She also represents The Night Ministry to outside constituencies.

Guy Haupin, Vice President of Finance, manages The Night Ministry’s accounting systems. He ensures that the general ledger is a true and accurate representation of the The Night Ministry’s finances. Also works closely and cooperatively with managers, funders, and vendors.
