The three person Operations Team manages The Night Ministry, along with the Board
of Directors.
Paul W. Hamann, President, oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, including all programs, administration and financial operations. As President, Paul provides leadership and vision for The Night Ministry, working closely with the Board of Directors.
Tina M. Erickson, Vice President of Development and External Relations,
is responsible
for the planning, oversight and direction of the Development Department. She
supports the Board of Directors through work with the Finance
Committee. She is also a member of the Operations Team and participates in organizational
planning activities. Tina works closely with the President on long-term development
goals.
Barbara Bolsen, Vice President of Programs, is responsible for daily programs
operations. She works to develop a more integrative approach to our programming,
so that we can clearly define how our different programs interact and how they
can continue to complement one another. Barb oversees Youth Services, Outreach & Health
Ministry, and our Volunteer Coordinators. She also represents The Night Ministry
to outside constituencies.
