Q. What are the main areas you address with the infants and children of your program participants?
A. Health and development are key areas. All infants and children are assessed using the "Ages and Stages" development screen to evaluate physical, emotional and social development. Another priority is to ensure that all immunization schedules are current.

Q. Where do the Community-Based Case Managers meet with their clients most often?
A. Most often, Case Managers go to where their clients are staying -- the home of a relative -- as opposed to a coffee shop. Although our Case Managers will meet their client where ever its most convenient for them.
