Youth do not have to follow any rules to receive Response-Ability Pregnant & Parenting Program Community-based services other than being an active participant in their case plan. 

We understand that precariously housed pregnant and parenting teens are dealing with difficult, complex life situations. We recognized that sometimes clients miss appointments due to disconnected telephones, lack of CTA cards, and other emergencies. Accordingly, case managers are very flexible in providing services to our community clients.

However, if a client continues missing appointments without communicating or continuing to follow up on their case plan, case managers will just stop reaching out. If a client calls again after a period of no communication, case managers will reconnect.
