We ask that clients be active participants in their case plan:

- be present for scheduled appointments
- follow up on the resources case managers provide
- continue to ask for help when they need it
- work with Case Manager on completing the Response-Ability Pregnant & Parenting Program Family Life and Parenting Curriculum
