All residents receive, review and sign a handbook that outlines program rules and expectations before admittance into the Response-Ability Pregnant & Parenting Program at Open Door Youth Shelter – Lakeview, that includes:

1. to be motivated to use the services they receive
2. abstain from alcohol and drug use
3. behave in a respectful, non-threatening manner with staff and other residents
4. be on time for appointments
5. respect program property and the property of staff and other residents
6. follow the rules for living at Open Door Youth Shelter – Lakeview
