After entering the 120-Day Interim Housing Program, each youth works with a Case
Manager.
Together
they
develop an individualized plan designed to move the youth to next-step housing
and independence. The case manager helps each resident stay on track to meet
goals, while providing encouragement and motivation. Youth Workers assist residents
with keeping their schedules, meal preparation, and clean-up. They supervise
chores and provide encouragement.
