Youth Outreach staff conduct foot patrols primarily in Lakeview, in places where youth congregate.

Staff wear backpacks containing supplies and referral resources that make up a “mobile outreach center.”

Staff also meet with youth in need at a game room and two late night cafes where youth gather in order to provide individualized supportive services.
