Street counseling, food, clothing, showers, laundry, structured groups, access to computers, HIV prevention and testing, health services, connections to other services |

Housing and supportive services for 4 months aimed at stabilizing housing and helping residents take steps to achieve life goals |

Includes 8-bed shelter and community services for homeless and tenuously-housed pregnant and parenting teens. Ongoing supportive services, including prenatal care, parenting education, reducing subsequent pregnancies, and housing advocacy. |

Includes two connected "apartments" - one for young men, one for young women. Each wing has its own kitchen and each resident has their own room. They must do their laundry at a laundromat in the community. |

24 hours a day, all year long at our 16-bed, 5-crib program housed at Open Door Youth Shelter - West Town |

At our our 8-bed, 8-crib Open Door Youth Shelter-Lakeview, in client’s homes, at Simpson Academy (a Chicago Public School for pregnant and parenting girls), and other community sites. Appointments as scheduled with Case Managers. |
