| The Night Ministry’s Outreach & Health program offers some services away from the Health Outreach Bus.
We offer HIV prevention and rapid testing at:
- Health fairs
- Special events
- Chicago homeless shelters, including our own Open Door Youth Shelter programs
- Breaking Bread Ministry’s Thursday evening café for homeless individuals
Our nurse practitioners provide health services at:
- Our Youth Housing programs
- Health Care Alternative Systems, Inc.
