- Hepatitis C testing
- Health information
- Health care referrals
- Pregnancy testing
- Rapid HIV testing and prevention
- Referrals for more serious medical conditions
- Screening & monitoring of chronic health problems:
- High blood pressure
- Asthma
- Diabetes
- Smoking cessation support
- Testing and treatment for chlamydia and gonnorhea
- Tuberculosis testing
- Well-being education

Professional volunteers offer additional services throughout the year:

Once a month, the Advocate Illinois Dental Van accompanies our Health Outreach Bus. Dentists and dental assistants provide emergency dental care for bus visitors.

A podiatrist rides with the Health Outreach Bus regularly to provide specialized foot care services.
