Join The Night Ministry's Hunger Walk Team
The Greater Chicago Food Depository's 23rd Annual Hunger Walk is taking place on Saturday, June 14. This lakeside 2.5 mile walk is an important and economical source of food for The Night Ministry's youth housing programs. The Night Ministry receives Hunger Walk Bonus Points for the number of participants we have and the amount of funds that walkers raise. The more walkers and the more dollars, the more bonus points The Night Ministry receives. These Bonus Points we receive, the greater percentage we receive from the Bonus Pool money. We hope to have over 31 walkers on our team raising over $1,000.

KOOZA
The world renown Cirque du Soleil is coming to Chicago with their production of KOOZA. In each city, they select nonprofit programs that work with youth on the street to be the beneficiary of tickets. The Night Ministry is fortunate to have received tickets to their Friday, June 27, 2008 8:00 p.m. performance to be held under the blue and yellow Grand Chapiteau at the United Center. The Night Ministry’s price for tickets that night will be $125, with all of the proceeds going to our annual fund. We must return any unsold tickets by Friday, May 23, 2008, so all reservations must be made before 4pm on May 23rd. We hope you’ll join us!

3rd Annual Golf Outing
On Monday, July 14, 2008 The Night Ministry will host a golf outing at Ruth Lake Country Club in Hinsdale, Illinois to benefit our Annual Fund. Check in and use of the driving range begins at 11 a.m., with a lunch buffet at 11:30 am, and a shotgun start at 12:30 pm. The day concludes with a cocktail reception and prizes at 5pm.
